We have tried to list some of the frequent ask questions from our customers feedback, however we may not to able to list all in full detalis, should you need any further information or details please do not hesitate to drop us a note!

Question: How are your products packed?

Most the products comes in their original packing, for products which required portioning, for example, beef steaks, it will be packed in clear food grade vacuum bags to ensure food hygiene

Question: How do I place my orders?

There are various ways; you may contact us via WhatsApp/WeChat at 5119-5644 or call our hotline 3421-2211 or by email sales@broadway-foods.com

Question: How long does that take to receive my orders?

Subject to stock availability we can usually process our orders for deliveries as below:-

- Orders received before 3:00pm Mondays-Fridays will be delivered the day after (excluding deliveries on Sundays for the timebeing, however we can arrange on special cases).
- Orders received before 12:00 noon on Saturdays will be delivered on Tuesdays.
- Orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays will be delivered the day after.

We are working with our logistic partners to explore Sunday deliveries, we will update on our website & via newsletters, so stay tuned!

Question: Do you have delivery charges?

We provide free deliveries for orders over $1,200 to specific delivery area,  for orders below $1,200 we will apply a small charge of $40 per delivery address, however the minimum order must be at least $800.  Please check with us for details.

Question: Can I come in person to pick up my orders?

Yes, sure & there will be NO minimum order requirement, however please call us in advance to check stock availability & make sure we have someone around in the office.

Question: How can I pay for my orders?

For the time being we accept cash or cheques upon delivery.  If you can bank in the amount to our BOC account 012-898-10418766 before our delivery we can offer a 1.5% discount for your total purchase amount! We are also working on accepting credit cards with our logistic company, we'll update on our website & via our newsletters once we are ready for that.

Question: How often do you have new products & promotion?

We do receive customers feedback from time to time for new products enquiries & we do source for them.  Click into our "Promotion Updates" page for details or you may sign up to receive regular updated by email.
